- Users are required to enter a unique broker code provided by their broker.
- Upon entering the broker code, the App connects to the respective broker’s server/system.
- The App then functions as an interface for accessing services provided by that broker.
2. No Brokerage or Financial Services
- Not a stock broker, sub-broker, or financial advisor
- No trading or investment services
- No handling of funds or securities
3. Independent Relationship
- User and broker relationship is independent
- Company does not control broker systems
- All risks lie with the user
4. No Control After Broker Code Entry
- No access to trading or financial data
- No storage of account data
- No intervention capability
5. User Responsibilities
- Use valid broker code
- Verify broker authenticity
- Follow applicable laws
6. Data and Privacy
Basic technical data may be collected. All financial data is handled by the broker.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses, broker failures, or unauthorized access.
8. Third-Party Services
No guarantee on broker uptime or accuracy.
9. Intellectual Property
